Head spinning while walking and Standing

I am experiencing very mild headaches from 5 days.Head spinning while Standing and walking. Checked my B. P also.its 140/73.Food is not digesting properly. Acidic water comes in throat with food.Stomach is also upset.what to do. Can u tell me the cause of this??

Hi dear Yes u are suffering from acidity But headache could be because of that or any other reason which we need to investigate So please consult on practo for it. U can take syp gelusil 2 tsp after food three times a day after food  for the acidity or burning in ur throat . Take care
