In the past 2 days ,my head is spinning sometimes...that's it...please suggest for this ,it would be great.

Is the room spinning as if you are on a merry go round or are you feeling light headed? If the latter, it could be due to low BP or dehydration. Drink extra 1-1.5 litres of fluid per day and get your BP checked. Especially impo if you take any BP medicine
