Mostly, problem is that you have reversed your body clock with night shifts and probably stress too.
Body though gets sleep but is unable to relax properly.
Start with regular exercises and walks.
Do regular relaxation therapy at night before sleep.
Take more veggies in diet and fresh fruits
Avoid electronic devices and mobile especially at night before bedtime.
