Lice are irritating a lot. My scalp I getting to uneven. Don't know why. Need a permanent solution for this

Pediculosis Capitis ( Head lice ) Apply Perlice 1% over the scalp and rinse after 20 minutes wash once weekly with Perlice 1% for 4 weeks . Tab Ivermectol 12 mg once weekly for 2 weeks.
