Head ache with Fever

I have been suffering with head ache especially severe pain above eye brows and mild fever and also with diarrhea.I started taking DOLO 650 and ORS solution to increase my fluid content in body. But the problem is after I stopped the usage again the headache is keep on coming along with fever .Please let me know about the reason behind the symptoms.
