I got bit by a rat last night and now i feel vomiting, head ache and the wounds hurts continously. What should i do?

it cud be typhus fever take cap doxycycline 100mg twice a day fr 2 days then cap doxycycline 100mg once a day fr 3 days tab pan 40 mg once fr 5 days get a TT vaccination get anti rabies vaccination tab emset 4mg fr vomitting tab dolo 650mg 8 hrly till u hv headache
