Having sharp pain on right side of the head since last 2 days with pain in right ear and right side of back head... taken paracetamol dolo 650mg since last 2days getting periodic relief having history of migrane

When you have a history of migraine headache try to avoid the causing factors.. like more light, high intensity of sound, certain smell, coffee, missing or skipping meals, not having enough sleep, taking too much of tensions not taking enough fluids etc etc.. all these are aggrevating factors.. just take care
