My bro hit me on right side above my head having head pain mainly near forehead behind ear and ear block dont know whether it is due to cold or any injury kindly help can't go to hospital due to pandemic.

This could be superficial trauma likely. If you have other complaints of cold cough fever then that could be something else. Take painkiller for 2-3days.
