He has a stone in both kidney on left kidney he has-9mm and on right he has-6.5mm. Tell me the best medication for him.

Good afternoon Considering his age he needs to undergo a renal function test. If the renal function test is normal, do a computed tomography with intravenous urography scan. If renal function test is deranged, get a non contrast ct scan. This will ascertain whether the stone is obstructive or not. Depending on that the further management is decided.
