Your
lipid profile is quite good. I agree that the
HDL cholesterol is slightly lower but the rest of the profile is good. The only way to increase HDL is to do dedicated daily exercise and eat healthy. Mostly exercise helps in improving it. Your T. Chol/HDL ratio is not very bad if you see. Recommended is below 5 ,ideal around 3.5,your around 4.
Having said that, don't chase the HDL number, as long as you
LDL and T. Chol are normal it's ok. Diet and exercise will keep the rest low and the ratio favourable.
