Hi one of my relatives she had all the symptoms of pregnancy but when she was doing the HCG test the negative results , If possible any thing HCG test is negative and had pregnancy symptoms

Bhcg is a confirmitory test if it is negative then she is imagining the symptoms of pregnancy and she is not pregnant
