I am trying to conceive. This month I took HCG shot 10000 for rupture on day 13 th of my cycle. . On 16th day I did an ultrasound to confirm rupture. And it was already ruptured with formation of corpus luteum. On Day 23, I had minor spotting and it stopped on that day. Today on day 27th I did one UPT and it turned out positive. Is it because of HCG shot or am I truly pregnant??? Kindly help..

Wait for another 5 days. If you don't get your periods by that day, you should get a  beta HCG done on that day. That will answer your question.
