16th day post Ovulation means that it is just the beginning of the "new cycle".
Please have patience. If you are pregnant it will be nicely diagnosed by Prega sure or B HCG when you are overdue by 4-5 days (from your missed period or day 20 from Ovulation). Too much of impatience at times can let you down.
