FBS 135 with recent hba1c test 6.6 . Need advice on bringing down sugar levels and maintain health. My parents had sugar Complaints

Your fasting and HB1AC are slightly high. Get your post prandial  sugar also done and consult a doctor who can guide you as to what can be done.
