My Hba1c is slightly elevated . It is 6.40.... I m not at all overweight and follow a healthy regime . Can I consume alcohol once in a month and have boiled potatoes once a week. Kindly suggest .

HbA1c of 6.4 comes in the pre diabetic range . You need to do other investigations to rule out diabetes and pre diabetes .
