Iam not diabetic, iam checked my Hba1c. Hba1c : 5.4 MAG. :109 RBS :85 Is this is normal? How often check my Sugars in normal peoples. Pls suggest.

Ur sugars are normal. If u are in high risk of developing diabetes need to monitor sugar every 6 months once. Maintain healthy diet and regular exercise.
