Hba1C 6.3 Prediabatic, 31 Yrs Male

Hi Mam/Sir, My Hba1c test has 6.3 Value which says I am prediabtic. This testing was done in Feb 2023.  I will be of age 31yrs in June 2023. I needed to know should I take help of medicines for controlling Hba1c or should I go natural. I have started working out, and minimising junk and sugar. As I have heard once I start taking medicine I have to take it throughout my life, which obviously I don't want. Kindly help me on this. Thanks and Regards, Pankaj

U can start metformin sr 500mg once in morning with breakfast and do Dietary regulations and exercise
