Recently a white bump developed under my foot and past few days it's kind itchy also it is very uncomfortable when I'm walking for long time

From your pic it looks like callosity, mostly caused due to improper footwear. Kindly consult online for specific treatment, in the meantime, wear footwear with memory foam soles and avoid wearing heels.
