Any food either solid or liquid intake is leading to vommit. He also having loose watery motions(3 times) with foul smell. Please advise course of action.

If he's vomiting after every feed,consult your paediatrician asap. Till then,give light meals more frequently,use syp ondem half hour before meals,add curds and Banana in the diet,give ors after every loose motion if watery,add syp vizylac twice a day.
