Sir i am having swollen gumnear third molar. maybe abscess is present .. kindly suggest me what to do

If the gum covering a portion of the third molar (lower) is infected, it's called pericoronitis. cause may be severally ke impacted tooth, missing opposite tooth in upper jaw. treatment may be only removal of the infected tissue or removal of the tooth if that is the causative factor.

swollen gums near third molar is due to impacted teeth. get an opg xray done. consult an oral surgeon. for relieving pain you can take a painkiller and do warm salt water rinses.
