Having stomach cramp mild since 2 days After eating feel like going to toilet Feeling bit lazy since 2 days I am 35 yrs old , male Pl guide what need to be done Cramp feeling is just above right of navel Sometime gasteric feeling is also coming

Proper diet , proper sleep , less stress , plenty of fluid orally avoid alcohol smoking junk and fried food ...Don't eat anything atleast 2 hours before sleep
