My son is having slight fever,throat pain from yesterday afternoon and have loose stools once...have not given him any medicines yet...please guide

Hello there. Give him paracetamol 250mg for fever as of now and consult a paediatrician in person so that he can examine the case and then decide what medicines can be given. Give him lots of water and other fluids. Avoid oily and spicy foods. Regards
