My son had pain in the calf muscles after viral fever, he has difficulty in walking, walking with wide legs, Kindly suggest treatment for this

Greetings Kindly hydrate the child well give hot water compression. Give paracetamol a dose if severe pain. Don't worry it will be fine soon
