My daughter has rashes very badly & we tried using B4 Nappi cream but there is result on the same. we use diaper only in night & use to clean her everytime whenever she does loo & poop, Kindly suggest any cream for the same to overcome her rashes.

As has been told by other doctor, if no improvement better to show to doctor, to look for super added infection and its management. Bad rash not responding to B4nappy cream need's to be seen by doctor. It could be diaper dermatitis or fungal infection.treatment is different for both conditions,so better visit your pediatrician or dermatologist.
