Hurt my knee in a small accident gotten my MRI done which is attached have had some painkillers and been doing physio therapy

As it has some structural damage we need to give both internal and external therapies. Ayurveda (panchakarma) is best option for it.

Your weight outs on the higher side for your height. The Mri report seems to be suggestive of mild injury and should be better with rest and anti inflammatory medications. Better would be a consultation with a knee specialist before you proceed further
