I am a 22 year old girl..I have large open pores on my face plz help with a good medicines.

For large pores creams are not really effective.. they only have marginal effect. Using certain peels would offer better results. And for even better results few laser sessions would be an even better option. As medicines would really help can't offer more help here. Hope this was helpful.
