Having little bit infection in hip joint

Having pain in my hip joint. But nothing diagnosis in xray. In MRI report little bit effusion is seen in hip joint. The  doctor suggest for FNAC test. In that test Inflammation and infection is seen . But kind and nature of infection is not sure. No tb , no cancer on these reports. Symptoms-  loss of movement, pain, stiffness. Please suggest.

Need to see the mri film and report. Also need to examine you clinically and take your history. Inflammation can either be due to infection or inflammatory arthritis. One of  these two treatments need to be started based on your clinical diagnosis. Consult in clinic
