Hello doctor my mother having itchy and painful eye left side ...she had cataract surgery in 2016 also and I am attaching pictures also plzz suggest any medicine which can relieve having hylosoft E/D drop but not any relief.

Hi it looks like reaction in the eye. There is an inflammation. Start resfresh tears eye drops and cold compressions. Cold compressions twice daily only. In addition please come and see an eye specialist or an oculopalstic surgeon for detailed check up
