She is having fever since 3.5 days, no other symptom, negative malaria test, from last 12 hrs fever is shooting to 105, paracetamol is not working, IBrufen given 200 mg which work, giving cold Patti treatment so fever going down eventually, fever is coming with chilliness. Twice vomiting with high fever, not with low. She is having Azythromycine, and Senarest
