Hi Doctor, I having Cold , Cough, and getting fever on every day on night time. When i take Dolo (paracetmol), fever reduces my next morning. This frequently happens from last 3 days. I am taking fruits as food. I am drinking only hot water to get reduce of Cough. Please suggest
