I am having fever at only night since yesterday and it's like i feel completely fine and healthy in the morning and in the morning my temperature is back to 96

We have an higher temperature  in the evening  naturally.....99.9 is normal for evening  temperature....so its best if u monitor your temperature....and post the value ....if its greater than that workup and further details required
