My mother is 47years old. For a few days she is having discomfort and pulling at her right underarm.. Should we be worried? Whom should we consult? I mean gynecologist or some others?

You should consult an orthopaedic surgeon if she's having difficulty in moving her arm.  Also self check if you feel any swollen lymph nodes there.
