My son is 5 months old. Use maine 29 dec se 4 January tk Bromex syrup and Clamp antibiotic di hai...but avi wo 7 January se phir se cough jaisi sound kr rha hai. Meri pediatrician ne Wikoryl syrup suggest Kiya hai 1 ml . Kya ye dose shi hai?

Hello,you can give wikoryl drops …o.5 ml twice a day ,and brozedex drops..o.5 ml thrice a day for cold and cough …kindly consult in detail for further opinion..
