My son having severe cold and cough also having fever 100 to 101 please suggest currently we are giving him honeytus but no improvement.

Hello..... You must take him to hospital.. I think its dabur hanitus, ayurvedic cough syrup ,cough cold, Fever suggestive of infection ,viral or bacterial... General examination is required.... Don't delay ,consult pediatrician, doctor will examine and order blood investigation .
