In Pan d - pantaprazole is proton pump inhibitors  which block the production of Acidity and d menas - domperidone prevent the vomiting . When you have only acidity not vomiting issue then you should take only proton pump inhibitors as Omeprazole , pantaprazole, rabeprazole and esomeprazole and lansoprazole. And when you have acidity with vomiting both then you should take Proton pump inhibitors with antiemetic Domperidone and ondansetron etc

Follow lifestyle modification first Small frequent meals Avoid fried and junk Hydration Walking Can take pan d for few days and then stop
