My son (5yrs old) is having pain in his right cheek in night only twice in last 7-10 days. He has caries in molars. So please guide what should I do.

Hi mam      Your son has got deep carious lesion in deciduous molars. It needs pulpectomy procedure and stainless steel crown. He should co-operate for the procedure, it will take nearly 30 min to 1 hr or two days appointment depending on the extent of lesion.
Next Steps
Visit the pedodontist, take a X ray and proceed with treatment . Please fill other teeth if it requires, because these milk teeth are important for the growth of the jaws , development of permanent tooth and proper alignment of the permanent teeth.
