Having a hard time to sleep for 4 days

I've been having a hard time to go to sleep since last sunday. My work schedule changed from nightshift to morning shift. How can I treat this?

Hello Any change in the work schedule takes time to adjust to it. It might take 15-20 days for your body cycle to change and you will be able to have normal sleep. Try to sleep according to your new work shift and slowly and gradually you will be able to adjust to it.
