I have thyroid since i was 5 years coz of this im gaining alot of weight and i even excerise still i m not loosing weight

To loose weight only exercise is not important , you need to follow a proper balanced diet and avoiding food items that can interfere with normal functioning of thyroid. Limit raw cruciferous vegetables like cabbage, cauliflower etc, Also never miss you daily medicine dose of thyroid.
