My son having fever & some tym it's down come and some tym up kindly suggest wht I do & temperature is 99 Degree .I gave two dose of crocine but still same , fever up and down

At 99 you can wait before giving medicine...maintain a temperature chart...at any point of time if it's 100 give medicine...if it is 99 take frequent readings and if you see an increasing trend them give the medicine...
