Have Dental pain in upper

Have a severe pain in tooth from 3 days... I have taken a tablet for some days but it didn't t help.

To get relieve from pain of dental issues only medications doesnt work most of the time. Both treatment and medications has to be simultaneously done. Keeping your problem in mind looks like tooth is decayed and has to be addressed asap. Either RCT or Extraction would be the solution depending on the remaining tooth structure ,inection and bone support. Take a consult from a dentist asap before the infection gets exaggerated.

Please visit the dentist and get a dental check up to find out the cause of pain to some certainty.The dentist would take a X-ray of the affected tooth and give you the best treatment options available for you.The doctor would also prescribe the required medicines in the right dosage and frequency  necessary for you.In case some emergency treatment is needed,it could be done too.

It might be because decay involving pulp It sufficient tooth structure is der 23 can save by doing root canal treatment. If it's sevearly destroyed then have to get removed. Don keep taking tablets not good.
