Hard substance on teeth

I didn't notice earlier ..but suddenly I am noticing a hard white yellowish hard substance on my tooth also some white spots on the gums....I am concern about this and I will go to a dental ..and so sharing here hope I will get reply soon about what it is ...

You have a lot of calculus deposited on your teeth. Calculus is hard mineralized deposits that form on teeth when proper oral hygiene is not maintained. You need scaling to get rid of all that calculus.

Lots of calculus is deposited around your teeth... This needs to be cleaned professionally by dentist or oral hygienist.. Long term deposition may lead to advanced pyorrhea... White spots on gums is not vey clear in pic... Difficult to explain it...

These are calculus which occurs due to accumulation of food particles which becomes hard later. These cannot be removed by normal brushing and needs professional cleaning(scaling) Visit your dentist and get a deep scaling done. Kindly Maintain your oral hygiene.

This is plaque and calculus occured due to improper oral hygeine maintainence.  Visit dentist as early as possible to undergo scaling procedure followed by strict oral hygeine maintainence to prevent recurrence
