Dear Sir/Madam, My Baby 2yr 10month old now he get the problem when he pass the stool and passing stool hard So please suggestion the best way of treatment

When child pass hard stool, it hurts rectal mucosa, and can cause mucosa injury . next time child holds motion voluntarily inside to avoid painful situation.This cycle continues. U have to give more fibre rich food vrggies, greens in diet. This softens stool. Give warm water to drink.
