Drinking an adequate amount of water, engaging in daily exercise, meeting the daily fiber intake, refraining from smoking and alcohol consumption, and ensuring sufficient sleep are essential practices. However, despite these efforts, individuals may still experience hard stools and constipation. I am not on any medication.

If diet includes too much chicken/eggs with low oils/fats, stool lacks lubrication. or May be a mild form of IBS-C (constipation-predominant) without pain or bloating. Often linked to stress, perfectionism, or an overly tight pelvic floor

Add Natural Lubrication & Softening •1 tsp cow ghee or olive oil at bedtime (or with lunch) 2 Soak 2 dried figs + 5 raisins overnight – eat in morning 3 Sit on toilet same time every morning, no phone 4 Practice deep belly breathing while sitting 5 Add curd, buttermilk, kefir, or fermented rice water 6 short course of probiotics
