Since last one year i am facing this issue. Hard stool and tight stomach. I take vaidya patankar kadha on alternate saturday to clean stomach. It makes stool loose for 2 days and after that again same story. How i can overcome this?
My diet is is below
Breakfast - 2 wheat chapati no tea
Lunch - Goan fish, rice, curry, vegitable, 1 seasonal fruit mostly banana
Evening - 1 cup coffie 1 small plate chirmule
Dinner - same as lunch (little less qty)
I do 2500 steps jogging per day
1 min plank
10-15 crunches
10-15 dumbels workout in each hand
