I have a hard lump on the inside of my mouth (under my lower lip) for 1 week. It is hard to touch and is not painful. What is it?

It is a mucocele or mucus retention cyst.Many mucoceles will go away on their own in 3–6 weeks. Very often these cysts lasts longer and therefore you have to consult with a surgeon in your town/city for the removal.
