Hands tingling if raised over head

Hello doctor every time I raise my hand for 30 seconds my hands starts to tingle immediately such area starts to twitch Same thing also happens to calf muscle every time I sit cross legged. It happens to the leg which is above the other. What could be the reason.

Hi I am Dr Anis here. Your problem is related with compression of nerve in neck area for hands and for legs nerve compression is in calf muscles. Needs to examine physically to rule out nerve compression.
