Drink adequate water to hydrate yourself Use Cetaphil cleansing lotion to wash your hands every time as needed After washing apply Physiogel lotion on affected area three times a day Can get hydration HA filler treatments done on affected area for smooth soft skin without wrinkles Fillers for hand rejuvenation give very good long lasting results..

Hello, Your history coincides with duration of covid-19 pandemic where you are using frequent hand sanitizer mostly alcohol based and frequent handeash with soap and water. This leads to dehydrated skin. As you don't have itching, it doesn't seems like eczema

Health Tips
- Apply moisturizer every time you wash your hands while they are damp - Apply a coat of Vaseline after applying moisturizer before going to bed so as to trap the moisture content - Do use hand creams better than lotions - Avoid contact with harsh soaps like detergent cake or utensil wash bars
