Hi Dr. Supriya, Wax therapy will help you to reduce wrist stiffness. You have to consult a Physiotherapist to regain wrist ROM and for hand rehabilitation. You have to consult as early as possible.

Dr supriya...its gud as fingers are free ....open and close them...bring near and take them apart as far as stiff wrist is concerned its common after removal of slab or pop....u need to take paraffin wax bath which will reduce stiffness...then under physio guidance start gentle movements
Next Steps
exercise and wax bath
Health Tips
finger exercises in intervals...no wt lifting

Hi Dr Supriya, you will need to see an Orthopedic Physiotherapist,  with focus on hand rehabilitation so that you can regain optimum hand function, which is vital for you considering your profession. You will need to begin with gentle exercises, strictly under  guidance of a physiotherapist.
