Hi
You mean to say tremors or shaking right.... People having alcohol can have folic acid and
B12 deficiency. That could be one reason for your symptom.
Rx: check B12 levels and review
Secondly, may be when you had lot of alcohol and without knowing you must have slept on your left side which might have compressed nerve supplying left hand. This is called Saturday night palsy.
Rx: Most people recover completely from Saturday night palsy, over several weeks or months.A wrist splint or brace helps keep the hand in a safe, functional position.Physical therapy keeps joints flexible and maintains muscle strength while the nerve heals.
If you have weakness or same feeling in left leg along with left hand , we need to rule out other central causes like stroke .
Some cases of cervical spondylosis also present like this.
Rx: neck muscles strengthening exercises

Health Tips
Try to reduce and stop alcohol intake. You know how it feels when you take it. it's just temporary pleasure. When that is causing trouble to you, why don't you think of quitting it. I agree it's hard to stop all of a sudden. But atleast work on it. slowly reduce and stop taking alcohol. stay happy and healthy
