My hand & leg finger tips & palms getting black What would be reason for becoming black is there any solution

There are many reasons for darkening of skin over hands. Common cause is vit b12 deficiency. You can get vit b12 level checked and follow up with a local dermatologist for better evaluation and treatment. Regards, Dr Pinanky Jadhav Pune
